Cadillac "The Beast" Presidential State Car
Here is the long awaited Beast for GTA V. Please understand that this is a work in progress, a BETA of sorts. Nevertheless, this mod has more features than quite a few "finished" vehicle mods.
In it's current state the model features:
-L0, L1 and L4 model states
-complete body mapping (including dirt and burn/scratch marks)
-working dials, sirens, lights, doors, suspension parts, etc
-properly modelled chassis, so it looks realistic when bumpers fall off
-illuminated interior at night
-hands on steering wheel
-custom teargas and smokegrenade launcher
-detailed front interior
-proper mirrors
-proper COL models
-bulletproof windows (still react to impacts and can break after an explosive hit)
-custom ingame name
-Body template for custom skins included.
How to install
1. Place the "onebeast" folder into [Gamefolder]\update\X64\dlcpacks\
2. With OpenIV, open [Game folder]\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml and add this with Notepad++
<Item>dlcpacks:\onebeast\</Item>
Now you are done, you will need a trainer with "spawn by name" function (Enhanced Native Trainer for example) to spawn the vehicle type in: "onebeast"
